At Gym Equipments Hut, we are committed to delivering exceptional fitness equipment to our valued customers. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist.

Return Window

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift vouchers

  • Custom-built or personalised products

  • Final clearance items

EU Cooling-Off Period

In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This right includes a full refund of the item cost and standard delivery fees, provided goods are returned in original condition.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and update you on the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to our error

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for defective or damaged products. Contact us if you need to exchange an item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please report any damage or faults within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. However, we can provide discounted return labels through DPD, DHL, and FedEx. Please contact us for access.
